Horrifying Case of Ragging in Kottayam, Juniors Stripped and Subjected to Brutal Torture | News9

A horrifying case of ragging has come to light in the Kottayam Government Nursing College. 3 first-year students in their complaint against a group of 5 seniors listed the horror they had to go through as they were facing continuos ragging by their seniors for the past 4 months. According to the students, they were were stripped and dumbbells were placed on their private parts. Injuries were inflicted on them using a geometric compass and then lotion was pour over their wounds. The seniors also threatened them using recorded visuals of the incidents. The Kerala Police has arrested the five students and they have been sent to 2-day police custody. The college authorities also took action against the accused students as per the anti-ragging act and suspended them. ..............................................................................................
