#urbanriders #scootertuning Part 2 of our Malossi RC-One 100cc build is here! 🔧 In this episode, we take the Malossi RC One casings and get them machined, ported, and blueprinted before starting the engine assembly. The Malossi stroker crank goes in, followed by the piston and cylinder kit where we check squish for perfect tolerances. After that, the gearbox is assembled and we finish up with the Malossi Over Range CVT setup.
