Whether or not you work in healthcare or not, we are all at risk of depression and mental illness. The healthcare system is sick and physicians and nurses are getting ill. Most importantly, if you are struggling I wanted to let you know that you are not alone. We need to destigmatize mental health so that people are not afraid to get help when needed. I don't want to be a patient of mental illness, I want to be an advocate for mental wellness.
