Under the theme of this song, "ගෑනු අපටද වැරදුණේ " songwriter Sujith Prasanga opens up about the subject of divorce from the perspective of south asian culture. Due to the fact that it addresses topics such as traditions, culture, gender, the economic and social standing of families, etc., finding the right and wrong answers to questions on this topic is not always possible. The veteran musician Navarathna Gamage makes justice to the song by composing a melody that fit in with the story behind the lyrics. The softness of his melody gets to the heart of the song without tearing down the story. Indika Upamali, the Opera voice of Sri Lanka, belts the song using her cinematic and soothing voice and her range, (of course) to deliver the best out of the melody and this touching story. Her voice harmonizes beautifully with the lyrics, the story, and, by outgrowth, the range of human emotions that the songwriter and composer are conveying to the society as a whole. Upeksha Swarnamali, well-known actress in Sri Lanka, makes a cameo appearance in the music video at the very end, helping to ensure that the message is well communicated to the audience. Her concise, uncomplicated, and one-of-a-kind expressions that she uses throughout the screenplay output the feelings and emotions of the character in the subject matter in a very cinematic manner. The concept of this song has been initiated by Jagath Keerthisooriya - JENYA Music Productions. Videography by Gayan Fernando - ZoomFilm Production "Be at peace with what exists, let go of the past, have trust in the future hold" - Jagath Keerthisooriya, 26th February 2023.
