Who could choose which neighborhood in Lima is the best, between Barranco and Miraflores? I profiled Miraflores in my last video and here, I give Barranco the same treatment. Either place could legitimately be considered the best part of Peru's capital city. This might just be the ultimate guide on the Internet to the Barranco neighborhood. It features places you will want to go and things you will want to see.
