Considering that I couldn't buy food, equipment such as melon armour, garlic armour, meat bone etc. was basically off the table. The best thing I could think of to help reduce this weakness was trying to scale up and level a large frontline turtle! Sadly I wasn't able to get it to level 3 before the end, but with the nice scaling units I had (monkey, penguin and bison), we were able to pull it off anyway! The core of the gameplay involves trying to improve your team by buying animals with different abilities and giving them items, then at the end of each turn your team is matched against another random one and the fight plays out by itself. If you lose a fight, you lose some health, and if you win, you get a trophy. If you get 10 trophies you win the game! I'd recommend giving it a try, it's really fun!
