Also known as bump cakes :) I always thought these were an exclusively Scottish thing but apparently you get them in other places too. SO easy to make! I’m using pre made pastry and synthetic cream…so most of the work is done! But if you’re good at making pastry or have more time on your hands than I do…you might want to do your own shortcrust pastry :) It’s actually very easy.
