We're finally here! I'm finally ready to review and analyze all of the endings of the video game Pathologic in excruciating detail over the course of this video essay! If you want to watch Part 4, you can find it here: • What Pathologic Is Really About (Ther... Just please note that given the allegations that have come out against Dybowski, I'm not comfortable with the Part 4 video being public since I discuss him quite a bit in the video. I plan to eventually revise the video and re-release, but since that's not a particularly pleasant task, it may still be a while before I get around to it. Part 5: Which Ending Is Best? - 0:00 Part 5.A: Is Saving the Town Best? - 3:25 Part 5.B: Is Saving the Polyhedron Best? - 19:22 Part 5.C: Is Saving the Town and the Polyhedron Best? - 33:53 Part 6: There's More to This Than Meets the Eye - 44:35 Part 6.A: What Does the Secret Ending Actually Change? - 52:34 Part 7: I Think I Need to Take a Breather - 58:16 Corrections: Also, minor correction, at 21:32. I say that "Alexander Stamatin" is one of the rulers of the town. It should have been "Alexander Saburov." I was just too sick of editing this video to go back and change it. It has also been pointed out to me that when I point to the Olgimskys’ house, I’m actually pointing to the Theater. The Olgimskys actually live in the other walled-off building that’s to the right and down a bit from the Theater. All I can say for myself is that Pathologic owns my soul now, so bring it up with the Executors. Additionally, there are some weird visual artifacts at some clip edit points. I'm aware of them. I've tried to figure out how to get rid of them, but every time I fix one, more pop up. I think my video editing software is just unhappy about the length of the video. Or maybe it's Pathologic fighting back. Either way, you win, computer. I can't take it any more (aka since they're a pretty minor issue, I've just left them in so as to move on with my life).
