Do you have questions about the Middletown Recycling Center? Watch our new video (Sept. 2022) which explains what to expect when you visit. Since the filming of this video we've had a couple changes. Residents must obtain a resident pass to use the Recycling Center. You can get that online at the link below or at the Dept. of Public Works in City Hall. Also, due to misuse of the Swap Shack, it is only open when it is staffed by volunteers. It is open the first and third Saturday of the month 9:30-11:30 am and occasional Wednesdays. More questions?
