This Centering Prayer session is rooted in Jesus’ invitation to enter silence and rest in God’s presence. Centering Prayer is a simple form of silent prayer in which we gently consent to God’s loving presence and action within us. During this time, we rest in stillness, softly returning our attention to God whenever our thoughts wander. We allow God to take care of us, surrendering our worries, fears, and anxieties into Ultimate Love. This prayer concludes with the Lord’s Prayer, prayed together as one.
