The recipe calls for Cognac and Cointreau which are both for France—might as well go all French. The subtle sweetness by the Grey Goose blends well with the sweetness from the Pernod and Cointreau. If desired coat the rim of the glass with sugar. Shake and double strain into a coupe or champagne saucer. Drop in a lemon twist. Sip and enjoy responsibility!
