Enjoy Ingredients: 2 egg whites 1/4 cup sugar 2 cups Toasted unsweetened shredded coconut 6-8 ounces guava paste Directions: Preheat oven to 350 F. Start off by whipping your egg whites with the sugar until stiff peaks form about 5 minutes. Next fold in the toasted coconut and cut up pieces of guava paste. Place spoonfuls of the mix onto a silicon lined baking sheet. Bake these cookies for about 14-16 minutes.
