With last year's GBRf Charity tour having to be cancelled, this year's return would see it visit Marchwood MOD base. With Class 59 No.59003 in charge for the outward leg, Class 73's No.73136 & 73201. We pick up the action at the disused Marchwood Station, containing Hampshire's last mechanical signal box. The signallman is seen opening up the gates and clearing the route. With the base visited it was time for the next leg to Eastleigh yard, with the two 73's in charge. The train is then seen at Tavels Lane crossing in Marchwood. With the tour being moved around Eastleigh yard by an 08, there was plenty of time to set up at Shawford, where the 73's would be on the juice for the leg to Acton. Sparks fly, as the pair head up the main bang on time.
