Join me on a productive Day in my life as I get ready to try and qualify for IMWC in Nice France at IM Austria! Today is filled with chores, eating, training, and so much more I’ve already broken the 8-hour barrier with a 7:53 finish at IRONMAN Barcelona, including a 2:41 marathon, and now I’m pushing to go even faster. Watch how I structure my training to build on that performance and chase the next big goal: a podium finish and a ticket to Nice. This isn’t just about training hard—it’s about building a healthy, productive lifestyle through strong habits, smart recovery, and a balanced routine. Think of it as a weekend reset for both the body and mind ;). 👉 Follow my training on Strava: / strava 📩 For partnerships: [email protected] Don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe to follow my journey to the big stage! 🚀 ------------------------------------- It was filmed in and around Girona, Catalunya, Spain—a cycling mecca that’s been home to many professional cyclists like Ben O'Connor, Jack Haig, Esteban Chaves, and at one point, George Hincapie and Lance Armstrong. Girona is a prime training hub for races like the Tour de France, Volta Catalunya, Vuelta a España, Giro d’Italia, and more. Teams such as Bora-Hansgrohe, INEOS Grenadiers, Israel-Premier Tech, Human Powered Health, Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl Team, and UAE Team Emirates use Girona for team camps and rider testing. The bikes featured in this video include the BMC Teammachine SLR01 road bike, BMC Kaius gravel bike, BMC Fourstroke LT mountain bike, and Triban RC120 from Decathlon. If you’re into triathlon content, you’ll love channels like Lionel Sanders, Trevor Foley (my biggest fan), Ari Klau, Sam Long, Sam Laidlow, Marten Van Riel, Taylor Knibb, Youri Keulen, Kyle Smith, The Daily Tri, GTN (Global Triathlon Network), GCN (Global Cycling Network), The Lantern Rouge, Jack Burke, Dylan Johnson, VCletsgetit, Gravel Cycling Girona, and Eat Sleep Cycle. Plus, I’ll be keeping an eye on the T100 Triathlon World Tour, the IRONMAN Pro Series, and the Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) to stay on top of the latest in the sport.
