I headed out solo on the East Coast of New Zealand with one goal, to catch a snapper using Glowbite lures and cook it up for lunch. No bait, no backup—just me, the jet ski, and a plan. After landing a solid snapper, I cruised home, gave the ski a good wash, filleted the fish, and fired up the Cob Grill right on the back of the jet ski.
