Let's learn how to cook the best Ukrainian dessert - syrnyky! These cottage cheese pancakes (or so-called Ukrainian cheesecakes) are very delicious, easy-to-cook and healthy! The classic Ukrainian breakfast and my favorite dessert. Cook yourself some syrnyky with me to feel being in Ukraine without traveling here, while it is impossible. You also have a great chance to train your listening skills, because in the video, I will speak only Ukrainian, but with not a fast pace. You may turn on Ukrainian or English subtitles to understand the speech better. I will show you every step of the classic syrnyky recipe and share some of my personal secrets that help to cook them soft and delicious. So just follow me! Usually, I cook this amount for one breakfast for two: кисломолочний сир (5% / 9% /18%) - 400 грамів (cottage cheese - 400 gr) ванільний цукор - 5 грамів (vanilla sugar or extract - 5 gr) білий цукор - 2 столові ложки (white sugar - 2 tablespoons) сіль за смаком (salt to taste) 1 яєчний жовток (1 egg yolk) пшеничне борошно - 2 столові ложки + 2 столові ложки для формування сирників (wheat flour - 2+2 tablespoons) соняшникова олія - 1 столова ложка для смаження (sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon for frying) The recipe watch in the video ;) Let me know in the comments if you cooked syrnyky and if you liked them!
