With Oregon Democrats pushing a bill to move a transportation bill referendum from November to May, some Republicans are now taking their case to court. Nick Stark is the Executive Director of the Oregon Freedom Coalition, which helped get the referendum on the ballot. On this week's Eye on Northwest Politics, Stark voiced problems which could arise with moving the vote to May, addressed the effort by state lawmakers to disconnect from certain elements of the federal tax code, as well as the push to fund some major renovations at the Moda Center. Stark additionally shared his endorsement for Oregon Governor as the Republican primary shapes up.
