Installing a HAYWARD SKIMMER on an INTEX pool | We finally made the switch!

We finally switched from the Inboard Intex Skimmer to an outboard Hayward Skimmer! It took us three longggg years to get the nerve up to cut into our pool liner and we only wish we had done it sooner. It really wasn’t that bad! Now we have more flow, improved suction and vacuuming will improve faster connections of vacuuming equipment, enhanced productivity, and overall performance. It was so easy to install, and a lot easier than we ever imagined. Have no fear. You can do it too! Here is what you need: Phillips screwdriver, a knife to cut the liner, some Teflon tape, and some waterproof sealant.
