The stance suspension glitch is still active for NextGen GTA :) Trick is to purchase as much armor as you can so that you don't end up with a burnt vehicle and then lower the car to as much as you can. From there, use either an assault rifle or any high calibre weapon and shoot at the centre of the wheel cap. As you shoot, you'll notice that the suspension will give out twice (lowered down to 2 further level). You might have a slight problem in starting the engine but it'll run. Do note though that by doing this, you simply destroying the suspension therefore the car will be super slippery :) Some cars looks good with this method and some are just plain wrong.
