Mo's Bows: Meet the Teenager Behind a Bow Tie Empire | PicBusters

Moziah, known as Mo, is 15 years old, a professional student and a self-employed entrepreneur with 6 employees. His business idea is unique handmade bowties and neckties. These classic adornments are back in fashion as a stylish accessory for him and sometimes for her. Moziah Bridges from Memphis Tennessee was born in 2002 but has a weakness for the fashion accessory of days gone by. And so he sews himself with an emphasis on colorful, unusual and funny. Having found his style he first started selling the bow ties on side of the road, then later online. The American media quickly became aware of the enterprising schoolboy and following some appearances on television he began to receive big orders. In the shop his bow ties are now sold for 50 dollars a piece, with total sales per year a good 150,000 dollars. Mo’s dream now is to become a fashion mogul and when he graduates high school in 2020 he plans to go to college to study fashion design.
