This presentation will help you solve complex problems. It explains eight little know systems-thinking tools developed for that purpose - Problem Formulation Template (PFT) Continuum of Solutions (COS) Don’t Care (DC) Copy Cat (CC) Conceptual Reference Model (CRM) Holistic Thinking Perspectives (HTPs) Active Brainstorming (AB) Compliance Matrix (CM) Each tool is explained and then applied in the case study which is how some complex problems in the field of academia were solved, problems such as Creating a Maser of Software Engineering degree in 1999, teaching people to actually use systems thinking and creating outstanding systems and software engineers and project managers using a unique new and affordable lifelong learning approach.
