For three weeks Stephen traveled to another dimension where he was taught about spiritual things. On the outside, Steve's body was in a hospital bed, but on the inside, he was in a place he calls, The Place Between Here and There. It was a place where time did not exist, where people were spirits, and where he learned the wisdom of the universe, a place of loving guidance to help his own life so when he returned to his physical body and back to his life, he would be wiser and kinder. During his three weeks in a coma healing in the hospital, as a spirit body, Steve would hear someone praying for him every day, at the same time. This person ended up being his now partner, Katherine Plant. They were both part of this shared spiritual experience that Stephen was encountering. Stephen “Steve” is a Technology Project Manager. He and his partner, and Katherine “Kathie” Plant, co-author of their book, The Place Between Here and There, lives in Northport, Long Island, New York.
