Tormach's new 24R CNC router is the router you didn't know you needed. It's built on a solid base of cast iron, a welded steel stand, and an aluminum gantry. It's powered by single-phase 115 Vac., so it can go in just about every shop. The table is 26.7 in. x 65 in., with a gantry clearance of 6 in., and includes an integrated vacuum table. The 2 HP electrospindle is water cooled (with an included chiller), with a maximum speed of 24,000 RPM, and an ER20 spindle taper. All this power and rigidity not only delivers great wood cutting ability, but also the ability to cut aluminum. What's better than a solid router that can cut aluminum?
