This is the group’s 8th venture but its first in Gloucestershire, they have over 200 staff and a turnover of £7million, its been 18 months since they took over the business so we’ll find out how it’s all going. How tough is it in the hospitality trade at the moment. Heyma Holmes - employment lawyer at Legal Studio Solicitors in Gloucestershire. Heyma works closely with senior leaders and HR teams, helping organisations navigate complex workplace challenges, organisational change and high-stakes disputes.
