OD (short for Overdose) is an upcoming horror game from Kojima Productions in collaboration with Xbox Game Studios. Directed and written by Hideo Kojima, with creative input from filmmaker Jordan Peele, it aims to push genre boundaries and blur the lines between film and interactive media. Set to explore the idea of “overdosing on fear,” the game features performances by Sophia Lillis, Hunter Schafer, and Udo Kier. It will use Unreal Engine 5, MetaHuman tech, and cloud gaming platforms to deliver a cinematic, immersive horror experience.
