It is a closed (endoscopic) operation method performed with very low (minimal) tissue damage in diagnosing and treating many diseases in the chest cage, especially the lungs. It is performed using a single small incision between 1-5cm. The intercostal area is not opened as in open surgeries. It is applied through a single incision instead of 3 or 4 separate incisions in the standard thoracoscopy or robotic method. Since the incision is small and single, the postoperative period is comfortable regarding pain and respiratory functions. Normal life is returned quickly.
