TRENITALIA FRECCIAROSSA 500 - Business Class Train Review (Rome to Milan)

Hello, and welcome back to another train trip report on my channel. For this week I am travelling on-board the amazing Frecciarossa 500 high-speed train operated by Trenitalia! Special shoutout to ‪@NonstopEurotrip‬, who did a video on the other Frecciarossa train in Premium Class. Check out his video here:    • Italy's FLAGSHIP Highspeed Train / Venice ...   Today's route starts in Roma Termini, the main station of the Italian capital of Rome. From there it serves Roma Tiburtina, before speeding along at 250km/h (155mph) on the Direttissima (which translates to 'direct route'). That's not all, as once we arrive at Firenze S.M.N. (Florence), a reversal is made and we continue at an impressive 300km/h (186mph) towards Bologna and Milano, passing through the spectacular Reggio Emilia AV Mediopadana on the way. These high-speed trainsets have had an interesting past, originally starting off with different powercars (renumbered to E.414) to the ones they have now (E.404). The former now are used on Frecciabianca and InterCity duties, quite a world apart from the 250km/h (155mph) running they were built for. Interestingly this train originally worked on Eurostar Italia services, not to be confused with Eurostar of today. This former duty is where the external and internal design come from.
