Walking around Faridabad District Court while waiting for the opposing Counsel to show up. Yes, here they don't go by the cause list, if both the parties are present, the matter gets taken up on first come first serve basis. On this day, I had to get my client cross-examined by the opposing counsel. We prepared her, alright. And we waited 4 hours for the opposing counsel to show up only to spoiler alert find his proxy requesting for another date. The next date of hearing is now in January 2022.
