Stretch 1: Lateral Head Pull The Lateral Head Pull is a quick go-to for easing stiffness and improving mobility in your neck and upper back. It's perfect if you're dealing with aches from long hours at a desk or from hunching over a phone. How to Do It: ► Start seated or standing, and tuck one arm behind your back, resting it near your lower spine. ► With your free hand, gently reach over your head to the opposite side. ► Slowly pull your head away from the tucked arm, feeling a stretch along your neck. ► Hold briefly, release, and repeat on the opposite side. Stretch 2: Pec Door Stretch This stretch targets the chest muscles and helps counteract the rounded shoulder posture so many of us fall into.
