DOS CONFERENCE LIVE CATARACT SURGERY in NEW DELHI By DR SURESH K PANDEY

In this video, Dr. Suresh K Pandey, director & Chief Eye Surgeon, SuVi Eye Institute & Lasik Laser Center, Kota, Rajasthan, India (www.suvieye.com) is demonstrates a Vacuum-Assisted Phacoemulsification during a Live Cataract Surgery Session during the Delhi Ophthalmological (DOS) Conference held at New Delhi, India. Dr. Pandey demonstrated "Vacuum-Assisted Phacoemulsification (with Zero Effective Phaco Time/EPT) using Abbott Medical Optics Signature Phacoemulsification System (with Ellips Transverse Ultrasound with WhiteStar ICE & CaSE). Tecnis One Piece monofocal IOL (AMO) was implanted using Emerald Injector System in a 54 years old male, a case of age-related cataract in the Centre for Sight hospital operation theater. The Live Cataract Surgery session was very interactive and the surgeons- Dr. Mahipal S Sachdev (Centre for Sight, New Delhi), Dr. Purendra Bhasin (Gwalior), Dr. Rajendra Prasad, Dr. Suresh K Pandey (Kota, India)- demonstrated their preferred techniques using AMO Signature Phacoemulsification System.
