What Is the Trifecta? The Trifecta is a specialty brew method that combines saturation time with tailored turbulence cycles, and a final press out through a metal screen. Each phase can be adjusted to create a distinct brewing sequence that is specific to the individual coffee. Taking into account the origin, density, and roast level of the bean, we have altered each variable in the brew process to achieve pronounced flavors. In this way, we are able to make deliberate choices about which flavors to bring forward, highlighting what we love about each and every coffee we have to offer. A Trifecta coffee not only presents a cup with amazing clarity of flavor, it also has its own unique character. The final press out through a metal screen allows for the passage of natural oils and coffee solids, creating a highly aromatic cup with a unique mouth feel. The Trifecta brews coffee one cup at a time. This allows us to offer you a fresh cup of ANY of the 43 coffees that we have for sale at the bean counter!
