No oil Recipe, healthy breakfast recipe, Green peas recipe, matar ka breakfast, matar ki muthia, मुठिया बनाने की विधि , muthiya recipe in hindi, homemade muthia, gujarati snacks recipe, #NoOilRecipe #GreenPeasRecipe #HariMatarKiRecipe Ingredients for Matar ki Muthiya For Dough: Peas - मटर - 3/4 Cup Wheat Flour - गेहूं का आटा - 1/2 Cup (75 gms) Gram Flour - बेसन - 1/2 Cup (60 gms) Fenugreek Leaves - मेथी - 1/2 Cup, finely chopped Salt - नमक - 1 tsp Turmeric Powder - हल्दी पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - धनिया पाउडर - 1/2 tsp Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, finely chopped Red Chilli - लाल मिर्च - 1/2 tsp, Ginger - अदरक - 1 tsp, grated Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp Carom Seeds - अजवाइन - 1/2 tsp Curd - दही - 1/4 Cup Baking Soda - बेकिंग सोडा - a little less than 1/4 tsp For Chutney: Coriander Leaves - धनिया - 1 Cup Black Salt - काला नमक - 1/2 tsp Salt - नमक - 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp Asafoetida - हींग - 1 pinch Ginger - अदरक - 1 inch baton, chopped Green Chilli - हरी मिर्च - 2, chopped Dry Mango Powder - अमचूर पाउडर - 1 tsp For Tadka: Oil - तेल - 3 - 4 tsp Sesame Seeds - तिल - 1 tsp Cumin Seeds - जीरा - 1/2 tsp Salt - नमक - 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder - लाल मिर्च पाउडर - 1/8 tsp How to prepare Matar Muthiya? 1. Take 3/4 cup green peas and grind them coarsely. 2. Add 1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/2 cup of besan, and 1/2 cup of finely chopped Methi to the ground matar. 3. Add 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 2-chopped green chilis, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, and 1/2 tsp carom seeds to the Matar. 4. Add less than 1/4 tsp of baking soda with 1/4 cup curd to the matar and mix well. 5. Add water gradually and prepare a soft dough. 6. Boil 2-3 cups of water in a vessel and grease a sieve with oil. 7. Apply a little oil to your hand, divide the dough into 2-equal parts, and roll them into logs. 8. Keep the dough logs on the sieve and steam them for 2 minutes over high heat. 9. Turn the flame to medium after 2 minutes and steam them for 20 minutes. 10. Cut the logs into 1/2 inch pieces after 20 minutes and heat 3-4 tsp of oil in the pan. 11. Add 1 tsp of sesame seeds, 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds, less than 1/4 tsp of salt, less than 1/4 tsp of red chili powder, and mix well. 12. Turn the flame low, add muthiya pieces to the pan, and crisp them from both sides. 13. Add 1 cup green coriander, 2-green chilies, 1-inch ginger baton, 1-pinch hing, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp black salt, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp amchur, some water, and blend to prepare chutney. 14.
