This is part two of the subdivision entrance lawn extension project. Part One can be found here:    • Part 1 - NOT MOWED FOR 20 YEARS - FREE Sub...   I am using a new blade for my trimmer. The one I'm using is a generic version of this Oregon blade. "Oregon 295504-0" and can be found on Amazon. I am loving the new blade, but there are a few things that I have found about it. 1. It is not like a normal bush blade. Regular brush blades tend to reduce the amount of debris that gets slung back on you. This blade will send it right to your shin. Ouch! 2. It is indeed a brush blade. If you are planning to cut tall grass, a string trimmer or a regular brush blade works best. 3. A regular brush blade will cut the brush down from the bottom, leaving brush that needs to be cleaned up. This blade can be used like a string strimmer where you start at the top of the brush and chop it up as you go down.
