Put the rest in the Flour. Work the chicken first in the Flour with spices, wait 5 minutes. In another container, place the 2 eggs with water, milk, and hot sauce. Mix it well. Place the legs in the egg wash and in the flour next. Shake the excess of egg or flour every step. Turn your Air Fryer on and preheat for 15 minutes at 380F while the Air Fryer Chicken starts to absorb the coating. Cook the legs at 380F for 15 minutes and finish the cooking for another 2-3 minutes at 400F for extra crispiness. In the Cosori Air Fryer 5.8qt I placed 3 legs. Brush the chicken with olive oil.
