While numerous factors contribute to feeling good during your pregnancy, there are a few keys to consider; 1. Exercise and Movement (the World Health Organization recommends a minimum of 150 minutes of physical activity/week for pregnant women). If you are unsure of where to start, working with a women's health/pelvic floor physiotherapist can guide your movement practice. 2. Breath Work (including 360 breath pattern from our movement section). 3. Ensuring hydration and proper elimination of bowel and bladder. 4. Use of external supports where applicable (including belly and SI belts) see you local physiotherapist for guidance. 5. Seeing a Women's Health/Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist.
