I found out about Dr.Dugar through social media and I saw him everywhere and I was obsessed with how natural all of the noses looked from before and after how they didn't look too done. That's really why I went with him over my other doctors, I'm not really nervous about anything I feel like the surgery is really going to go smooth and I have a full trust in doctor Dugar. Leading up to this I've just been like waiting for this day every day I wake up and I'm like so close the surgery day it's just something I wanted for as long as I could remember like since i was 12 and now I’m 17. These discrepancies were making her nose look crooked even though they're not, so we're going to shave this down shave this down shave a little bit of super tip down sculpt the tip just a little bit and rotate the tip up just a little bit. So we're just going to inject a little bit of local just to numb all the tissues she doesn't feel a thing she's totally asleep no pain at all, her nose droops down a little bit so we're going to do is a couple of maneuvers to lift it up. So what we did is we shaved a little part of her septum away so we took a little tiny piece of the septum out in order to get this rotation upwards, we're also going to cut the depressor neighs eye muscle which sits underneath here and then we're also going to tuck something vestibular mucosa up as well so these different maneuvers will help to lift we rotate the tip of her nose very subtly without any major noticeable change. She has just a little bit of bulbosity so we just want take away a little bit of the strength of her tip on both side so what we're going to do is just shave a little bit of cartilage from inside her jib just to soften it the tiniest little bit what we're doing is skeletonizing the profile so the way inside the nose the cuts we make is how we get inside the nose to skeletonized the profile the nose, so we can do our surgery through our scarless technique. So now we're rasping away using a little nail file called a rasp to shave down the bone, she's stronger on the left nasal bone there right so we're shaving a little bit more on the left nasal bone than we're on the right just to get to be more even. That's all we're doing now just closing the incisions everything is from the inside of the nose so there's no external cuts or scars so there will never be a telltale sign that she had surgery.” “The last couple of days have been really good I've just been resting, sometimes I would even have forgot that I had a surgery like I forget that I even had it at all. I've been really comfortable just been relaxing icing my eyes a lot. I'm really excited about getting my cast off today I'm so excited to just like see what it looks like and I know it's going to be everything I'm expecting” “Subtle changes.” “Wow It's so good it doesn't like have like the like the S anymore it's like just like yeah so good it's so natural and so excited yeah it's so good from the side that's like my favorite part I love it It's really good. I just got my cast off and I was so excited to get it off because like I don't know I've been waiting this entire weekend I've been just like staring in the mirror and trying to see like what it’s going to look like and I was so excited whenever when I felt him like take it off and he was like touching my nose, I was like trying to imagine what it was going to look like that's exactly why I chose Dr.Dugar because like I know all his Rhinoplasty’s are super natural and that's exactly what I wanted.” “One week out so all we did on her nose she has a beautiful nose! I'm going to have you turn towards me and so we just did a little finesse and we just shaved down her profile just a little bit not too much it's still little swollen and then from the front we sculpted the tip a little bit.
