For my Italian meringue buttercream (oops! I have been calling it the wrong thing in my videos!) you can follow the method in the video and use the following recipe: 300 grams of granulated sugar 75 grams of cold water 120 grams of egg whites 400 grams of unsalted or salted butter 2 Teaspoons or Vanilla Extract or whatever flavourings of your choice! Tools: Bench Scraper Stand Mixer Fondant Smoother Exacto Knife Cake Tools Steamer (like the kind for clothing!) Additional Materials Used: Satin Ice Fondant A Selection of Americolor Gel Food Colouring Cornstarch Wooden Sticks for Supports Bubble Tea Straw
