MEET.... BILLY JOLLY FARA members, Jeana and Kristan, have been travelling around the islands the band are lucky enough to call home, meeting some of Orkney's most weel-kent artistes in their natural habitat! Tonight they visit a man who has been involved in Orkney's music scene for decades. Billy Jolly is a singer and harmonica player who has performed in lineups including famous local band Hullion, Orkney's The Gathering and many others. As well as performing music across the county, Billy has also turned his hand to woodwork and now spends much of his time carving 'creepies' (a type of Orkney stool). Come and hear a bit about Billy, and get your foot tapping to a couple of brilliant tunes on the harmonica!
