From there, we dive into Chiang Mai’s rich temple culture with stops at Wat Chedi Luang and the beautiful Wat Phra Lao right next door — two stunning and historically significant temples in the heart of the Old City. Next, we visit Naree de Klangwaing Women’s Centre, a meaningful community project where we learn about their work and enjoy a bowl of Chiang Mai’s famous Khao Soi for lunch — creamy, spicy, and absolutely delicious! 🍜 As the day winds down, we head to a rooftop bar to take in sunset views over the city before strolling through the vibrant Sunday Night Market, sampling street food, browsing handmade crafts, and soaking up the lively atmosphere. To finish things off, we escape the city and head up to Hua Keaw Waterfall, enjoying a peaceful nature walk through the forest and cooling off by the falls.
