The bold and ever-beautiful Crampton is mainly known for being a scream queen, but there’s a lot more to this veteran actor and diva than that. She started acting at a very tender young age and participated in school dramas. Growing up, she studied acting and got her major break in the soap opera The Days of Our Lives. She made her film debut in Brian de Palma’s 1984 piece Body Double but gained recognition only after starring in Stuart Gordon’s 1985 film Re-Animator. Apart from appearing in some great horror films, Barbara also appeared in films like the 2016 comedy film Little Sister, in which she played a reverend mother.
