How to Make Rice Flour with a Ninja Food Processor vs Ninja Foodi Power Blender

Rice Flour is a great alternative to wheat flour if you're gluten intolerant, and it's easy to make with the right equipment! In this video, we will show you how to make rice flour 2 different ways using our Ninja Foodi Power Blender Ultimate System and our Ninja Professional Food Processor. Rice Flour is a great alternative to wheat, especially if you are gluten intolerant. You can make it with dry rice if you have a powerful, high speed blender, or you can follow our quick instructions down below if you want do make it the standard way. Even though the Ninja Foodi Power Blender is plenty powerful enough to make the dry rice version of this recipe, we still recommend using the standard method whenever it is possible because we feel it just produces better results regardless of what you're using to make it... but it's great to have the option to do it the fast way! Here is the directions for the standard method of making rice flour: 1. Pour rice into bowl, rinse, and drain several times until the water isn't cloudy to remove excess starch. 2. Let the rice soak in the water for about an hour or until the rice is just soft enough to be able to be split by your finger. 3. Transfer to collander to drain water. 4. Spread rice out onto clean, lint-free towel to dry until slightly damp, but not wet. 5. Transfer to food processor or blender and run 3 or 4 high speed cycles. 6. Sift if neccesary.
