Turkish Art is on TMJ4/ Milwaukee Tonight segment by James Groh

I’m so honored to share this recent TMJ4 / Milwaukee Tonight segment by James Groh featuring my work in traditional Turkish Ebru art, also known as water marbling. In the story, TMJ4 highlights how I use this centuries-old art form to share Turkish culture in Wisconsin through classes, demonstrations, and community events. Ebru is created by floating color on water and transferring the design onto paper or fabric, allowing each piece to emerge in its own unique and unexpected way. TMJ4 described it as “mesmerizing water marbling art” and shared how the process is both creative and therapeutic. The segment also shows how I teach this art to others and use it as a way to connect with people across cultures.
