Hey there 🤗 We spent 3 days in Amsterdam and I can say that this is one of my most favourite capital cities in Europe. It has so much to offer in terms of activities and every corner is of the city is soo sooo pretty! Amsterdam is mostly gloomy and rainy, according to the locals and we were so lucky to get one full day of sun. I would love to go back there some time in the summer to explore the city in much warmer and sunny weather. However, the winter would also be an amazing time to visit with all the Christmas lights and markets. We decided to stay at City Hub as we found it such a cool experience to stay in the hubs. City Hub it is also a great alternative if you are looking for something affordable too. However, I have to mention that it is a hostel so you have to share the bathroom and showers. Compared to other hostels, everyone is respectful about the noise levels, so you won't hear anyone being loud in the hub area. The location is also perfect as it is close to so many tourist attractions and it is a walking distance to the city center (30-40 minutes but it won't feel as long since you will be walking down the canals and you get to enjoy the view and walk down beautiful paths). Amsterdam is very flat and a very walkable city. We didn't use transportation that often, but to get to Amsterdam Central from the airport the ticket price per person is €5.20. If you want to use the tram, you can tap your card when you get in and out. Once you reach a certain amount, (not exactly sure about the amount but it should be quite affordable) the card doesn't get charged anymore for the rest of the day. It is free to cross the river with a ferry from AmsterdamCentral to Veer Buiksloterweg with ferry F3. In terms of activities, I will list some of the prices down below: Canal boat tour: we payed €15.50 pp Boothclub Amsterdam: €6 per photo strip Anne Frank Museum: €16 pp (adult ticket). Tickets are only available online and you can book tickets up to 6 weeks in advance. A'dam Lookout entrance fee: €18.50 pp Over the edge swing: €7.50 pp Photos and reel from the swing (totally worth it) : €29.50 Heineken Tour Experience: €24.50 pp Madame Tussaud: €24 pp Stroopwaffel at Firmaa Stroop: €9.50 *** I love making videos and your support means a lot to me, so I can create more videos like this! ❤️ If you find my videos entertaining, please like and subscribe 🤗. Till next time, Reanna
