[4K WALK] Final Look: PCB Leaning House Site After Demolition | Natural Sounds Tour

This video shows the final look at the old Leaning House location in Panama City Beach. The demolition is complete and the rubble is gone. The space is now empty between its two neighbors, which both remain boarded up. We will have to wait and see if these buildings are fixed and reopened, and if the Leaning House owners rebuild in the empty lot. This walk was filmed later in the day, so there are more people out enjoying the beach. It was a mild day with water cool enough to be refreshing after sitting in the sun. I enter the beach at Public Access #5, walk to the waterline, and follow the same route from my earlier videos. Once I reach the area of the Leaning House, I move in close for a final view of the property. Then I go up the ramp at the resort for a higher look before crossing to Gulf Drive for the street view. I finish with an overhead shot from the top of the parking deck and then walk down to Schooners before returning to Public Access #5.
