MAKEUP ☆ BB Cream Battle: Smashbox vs. Maybelline

While the BB cream fad has kind of died down, I've had a few people ask about what i wear on a day to day basis and whether the drugstore BB creams are better than higher end BB creams. So I did a trial run (about two weeks of wear) on the Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream to compare it to the Smashbox Camera Ready BB cream that I rant and rave about to see if its a valid alternative. Verdict: Smashbox is better overall. Maybelline's is more of a sheer tinted moisturizer, runny and less pigmented. It also smells more like a sunscreen. But for the price, it's a nice BB cream that is good for everyday wear, maybe not for oily skin, but for normal to dry skin types. Both give a healthy glow to the skin.
