Whenever I'm walking on the streets alone at night, this song always plays in my head- it keeps me on my toes. It's dark and gritty which describes the feeling perfectly. Me and this game go way back. I remember being a youngster in search of adventure. At some point, I was at a certain school that wasn't too good educationally, but I made some good friends. It was computer class and I would go there with my best friend at the time, David. At first, the teacher made us do work but eventually, he just let us play in the Super Nintendo emulator he had installed. We tried a few games but at some point, I was drawn to the title "Final Fight". We tried both "Final Fight" and "Final Fight 2" and were so impressed. There was a mysterious pleasure in beating the enemies up, as weird as that may sound. Then we tried "Final Fight 3" and that's where the fun really begun. My main was Mike Haggar, a former professional wrestler and Mayor of Metro City. David's favorite was Dean, the electric mysterious figure. Not only was the game fun, but we created some storylines of our own. Like the enemy Andore having killed Mike's parent's and me wanting revenge (funny thing is, it was Dean's family in the actual storyline that get murdered). I still crack up to our creativity. We fought so many times, side by side. We saved Metro City so many times together!
