First, we inaugurated the Medical Genetics Department, the fourth such facility in the nation and the first in Delhi, dedicated to treating children born with genetic disorders. Here, doctors can diagnose genetic disorders using just a drop of blood. Second, we inaugurated the NAT testing lab. Previously, testing a donor’s blood took 45 days, but now, for the first time in Delhi, this process has been reduced to just 2 days.
