Ultra-soft, moist, and loaded with rich chocolate flavor. 📝 Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas 2 eggs 150 g sugar (¾ cup) 190 g all-purpose flour (1 ½ cups) 40 g dark chocolate, chopped (or chocolate chips) (¼ cup) 40 g unsalted butter, melted (3 tbsp) 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional) ✔️ Tip: For the best taste and texture, use very ripe bananas with lots of brown spots. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and softer your banana bread will be! 👩🍳 Instructions: Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. Add the eggs and sugar, then whisk until well combined. Stir in the melted butter. Sift in the flour and baking powder, and gently mix until just combined. Fold in the chocolate pieces. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
