Follow along with the WFO recovery team as we drive to the Rubicon Trail and recover a dead Jeep JL Rubicon at Buck Island Lake in one day! Our customer hiked his way out of the canyon with his family, and met us at Loon Lake Trailhead two days later to assist in the recovery. This Jeep could not have been further from a paved road! We ended up towing it up Cadillac Hill and out to Tahoe. It took two tow rigs and 5 people to make this recovery happen! The WFO Scrambler took a beating on this one! We also had a little help from our Gen II Tacoma with the new WFO Solid Axle Kit. Most people never run the entire trail in one day, let alone towing a dead rig at the same time.
