Whether you’re an experienced chef or a culinary beginner, our tips guarantee outstanding results right from your kitchen. 🔔 Don’t forget to **LIKE**, **SUBSCRIBE**, and hit the **notification bell* for more delicious recipes. 🎊 #EidSpecial #Biryani #HyderabadiCuisine 📝 Ingredients: For Mutton Marination: 1kg mutton (bone-in pieces) 1 cup curd (yogurt) 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 2–3 green chilies (slit) 1 tbsp red chili powder ½ tbsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp garam masala 1 tbsp coriander powder Fresh coriander and mint leaves (chopped) 3 tbsp fried onions (birista) 4 tbsp oil Salt to taste Juice of 1 lemon For Rice: 1kg basmati rice (soaked for 30 minutes) 4–5 cloves 2–3 cardamoms 3 bay leaf 1-inch cinnamon stick 1tbsp Salt, Sugar and oil (for boiling) Coriander, Mint and Lemon (for boiling) For Dum: Fried onions (for layering) Mint & coriander leaves Saffron soaked in warm milk 2 tbsp ghee 🍴 Method: 1. Marinate mutton with all marination ingredients and rest for at least 3–4 hours (overnight for best taste). 2. Boil basmati rice till 90% cooked and strain it. 3. In a heavy-bottom pot, spread a layer of marinated mutton, then half-cooked rice, fried onions, mint, coriander, and saffron milk. 4. Seal the lid with dough and cook on dum (low flame) for 30–40 minutes. 5.
